Most likely, there is no extra key, but start by coming by us during opening hours and supply your Bike ID (says on the bike) along with your subscription ID and real ID.
A new key/lock is 250 kr. You will then be given a new lock and key from us
You may then borrow a battery held grinder to cut your lock. Don't forget sunglasses 😎
(In the unlikely event we do have an extra key, bring the grinder anyways as we have no guarantee it works)
