Whom am I leasing my bike with?

As of June 2025, all new bike subscribers are signing and starting their contracts via Mioo. They are thus customers of Mioo. All customers who have previously signed and still have an active contract with Jonna do not have to do anything new. 

What is new from now on is that all customers, no matter who/where you signed up for hands back bikes via the same process via this form.

All Jonna bikes in need of service and some love can contact and reach out to Mioo here for free service.

The service point at Torsgatan 12 closed permanently on August 23rd. All Jonna bike subscribers, regardless whether you signed up via Jonna or Mioo, will from that point onward be able to access service via Mioo.
